Swedish Medical Center Gift Shop Attendant, Lead- Lilly Pearl Retail in Issaquah, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Gift Attendant Lead (0.9 FTE, Days) to work in Lilly Pearl Retail at Swedish Issaquah in Seattle, WA.
Provides high level of customer service and expertise to assist customers with purchases. Meets and greets customers and offer to help with their shopping needs. Answers questions regarding merchandise and equipment, equipment use, operation, and care. Assist at other Shops at Swedish as needed.
In this position you will:
Work with the store manager to design visual displays to promote merchandise and sales.
Prepare merchandise for purchase or rental.
Complete and manage sales transactions, including special orders, returns, adjustments, and daily reconciliation deposits.
Assist with inventory.
Train Sales Associates in other shops in the specifics of the operation and merchandise specific to their home shop
Must portray world-class customer service at all times.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or Technical School graduate
experience in retail or similar environment including cash handling
Basic computer skills
operating knowledge of cash registers
