Swedish Medical Center Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab Services in Renton, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Physical Therapist (1.0, Days) to work in Outpatient Rehab Services at Swedish Renton Rehab Services in Renton, WA.
The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of therapy services. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, significant others, and the patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for physical therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice.
In this position you will:
Evaluate and develop individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
Implement treatment program
Reassess treatment results and discharging planning
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate from an accredited program of Physical Therapy
Washington state physical therapy license, interim permit, or temporary permit
Valid driver’s license and vehicle registration
Insurance coverage as mandated by the State of Washington
Preferred Qualifications for this position include:
Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) training
Minimum two years of experience in fast paced OP Sport, Spine and Rehabilitation Clinic
Work Conditioning experience

The Renton Rehab Clinic utilizes a unique outpatient model where the PT/OT clinic is in the same space with Swedish Spine, Sports & Musculoskeletal Medicine. Therapists are enabled with a high level autonomy, and are encouraged to contribute to building the business and relationships with both staff and clients. In the clinic, the therapists are able to work closely with providers for direct collaboration and contact, as well as with the Primary Care and Specialty Care offices next door, The Renton Landing Campus services the local and Boeing community, spanning a variety of patient types.
