Swedish Medical Center Clinic Administrator II - Pediatrics West Seattle in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Clinic Administrator II (1.0 FTE, Days) to work in Pediatrics West Seattle at Swedish West Seattle in Seattle, WA.
The Clinic Administrator II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of multiple clinics.
In this position you will:
Lead monthly all-staff meetings and actively participates in ongoing provider meetings.
Identify and address patient concerns and complaints in an appropriate, timely manner and in accordance with SMG customer service guidelines. Review and respond to patient satisfaction data. Recommend and implement process improvement to address areas of deficiency.
Oversee communication between patients and the Billing Office, including financial arrangements and charity care requests as needed.
Ensure clinic compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies; continually monitor operations and programs and initiate changes as necessary.
Work closely with the Director of Operations and the Clinic Medical Director(s) to ensure that expectations of the patients and providers are met.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or business
2 years’ experience in healthcare management, physician practice management and/or clinical operations; OR 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Previous multi-specialty clinic management experience
