Swedish Medical Center Clinical Care Team Assistant Trainer in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Care Team Clinical Assistant Trainer (1.0 FTE, Days) to work for Swedish Medical Group in Seattle, WA.
The Clinical Assistant Trainer plays a vital role on the administration team, demonstrating the Swedish values of patient-centered care and service, respect, caring and compassion; teamwork and partnership; continuous learning and improvement; and leadership.
In this position you will:
Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the medical front office or back office position
Perform classroom and hands on training for care team model workflows, systems, and applications usage
Instruct and support outpatient ambulatory clinics to enhance their understanding of care team workflows
Assist staff in understanding system functionality
Provide both pre and post go-live support for care team implementations
Work with end users and collaboration with other depts on trouble-shooting issues
Focus on process improvement – with regards to workflows, efficiency, and communications.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
MA-C required for Care Team Clinical Assistant Trainer for back office
Epic certification or proficiency
Minimum of two years of experience with front office in a diverse, fast-paced clinic setting
Minimum of 2 years EMR experience
Experience in business operations and/or managed care within the clinic setting
Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
One year clinic experience with Swedish Medical Group
Experience in both primary care and specialty care
