Swedish Medical Center Mammography Technologist - Breast Care Center in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Mammography Technologist (0.5 FTE, Days) in the Breast Care Center at SwedishFirst Hill in Seattle, WA.
In this position you will:
• Perform mammography examinations according to physicians’ orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated mammography equipment, taking into account individual patient’s special or age-related needs
• Utilize knowledge and judgment in regard to imaging factors, imaging technique and patient treatment needed to produce optimal images
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of Radiologic Technology Program from an accredited school
Radiologic Technologist-Registry by ARRT
Current Washington Licensure-Radiologic Technologist-Diagnostic
Basic keyboarding skills
Ability to read and speak English
Preferred Qualifications for this position include:
Current ARRT certification in Mammography, to obtain within 1 year of hire
Previous experience Mammography experience
