Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Nutrition Services Lead (0.8 FTE, Variable Shift) to work at Swedish Ballard in Seattle, WA.
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Nutrition Services Employee who will uphold the goals and ideals of Swedish Medical Center in providing excellent care and experience for our diverse patient population. Some Leads may work a staff position in conjunction with supporting operations in the absence of a supervisor. Leads that support retail or patient services may be expected to cross train and provide coverage in either area.
In this position you will:
Provide leadership and direction to staff in coordination with and in the absence of a supervisor’s presence
Assist with orienting and training staff
Provide input on employee evaluations
Distribute cash banks to staff as required
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school Diploma or GED
Current State of Washington Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit
Professional Food Service experience
