Swedish Medical Center Rideshare and Trip Planner Specialist in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Rideshare and Trip Planner Specialist (1.0 FTE, Days) to work on our Transportation team at Swedish in Seattle, WA.
The Rideshare and Trip Planner Specialist is responsible for assisting the Employee Transportation Coordinator with the implementation of Swedish’s multi-modal trip planning program with an emphasis on carpool and vanpool formation.

This position provides support for the creation of personalized trip plans that incorporate commute options that may include transit, bike/walk, and ridesharing options that are tailored to the unique preferences of individual caregivers.
The position provides friendly and knowledgeable customer service via phone and email to the caregivers interested in learning about their commute options.
Business software, work group information systems, personal communication, and Internet/mobile app services, will be utilized to provide this support.
This position assists and is supervised by the Parking, Transportation and Commuting Services Manager.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School and equivalent experience or certifications
Advanced PC and Microsoft Office skills
