Stacy began her journey at Swedish as an administrative assistant nine years ago and is now a Clinic Manager overseeing two outpatient clinics - the Swedish Community Specialty Clinic, a specialist clinic for uninsured and underinsured patients, and the Lytle Center for Pregnancy and Newborns.
I am proud of the collaboration that takes place across departments. I am surrounded by individuals at Swedish who help me be the best person I can be on a daily basis.
What are you most proud of regarding your work at Swedish?
I am most proud of my personal and professional development, growth and accomplishments. I have had wonderful mentors supporting me throughout my career and with the support of my Swedish family, I was able to complete my healthcare administration degree.
What inspires you most about working at Swedish?
The people. I really enjoy everyone that I work with. We all have something to bring to the table, a different perspective that adds value. And we have some of the most amazing patients who, day in and day out, entrust our caregivers to care for them and their family and friends.
How do you give your personal best in your job each day?
Every day, I come into work prepared and ready to support my team and be a resource for them so they are able to give their personal best. It’s a mindset that allows me to adjust between the fast-paced environment and evolving changes.
