Swedish Medical Center Materials Management Clerk - Swedish/Edmonds Materials Management in Edmonds, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Materials Management Clerk (0.0 FTE, Per Diem/On Call) to work in at SWEDISH EDMONDS located in Edmonds, WA.
The Materials Management Clerk is responsibile for a variety of tasks including receiving and issuing supplies, maintaining inventories and filling orders in accordance with established priorities and schedules, computer and data entry functions.
In this position you will:
Receive requests for supplies and equipment, select items from inventory and load delivery vehicles
Inventory supply areas and replenish supplies based on preset par-level quatities
Receive incoming freight and compare receiving documentation with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment
Maintain a variety of department records, reports and files that are required to provide management with needed information
Assists with the care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies to ensure smooth flow of work through the department. Notifies supervisor of inventory problems and low supply levels
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School graduate or GED equivalent
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
