Swedish Medical Center Starbucks Barista in Edmonds, Washington
Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Starbucks Barista (0.5 FTE, Variable Shift) to work at Swedish Edmonds in Edmonds, WA.
The Starbucks Barista creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
In this position you will:
Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
Assist with new staff training by positively reinforcing successful.
performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that staff can locate resources and product as needed.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school level or equivalent
Current State of Washington Food and Beverage Service Worker’s Permit
