Swedish Medical Center Environmental Services Technician in Issaquah, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for an Environmental Services Technician a part-time, 32/hr per week. day shift opening in the Environmental Services Inpatient Unit at Swedish Issaquah in Issaquah, WA.
This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team that maintains the physical environment of the hospital at the highest level of cleanliness, both from an appearance and infection control standpoint.
In this position you will:
Interact with visitors, patients and staff
Light maintenance duties
Service of equipment
Clean and place critical use equipment properly
Insure adequacy of supplies
Perform floor maintenance for all floor coverings
Required qualifications for this position include:
High school education or equivalent
Experience in environmental services in a healthcare or hotel setting
Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of units of measurement
One year of customer service experience
