Swedish Medical Center MRI Technologist Lead in Issaquah, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Lead MRI Technologist (1.0 FTE, Days) at Swedish Issaquah in Issaquah, WA.
The MRI Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, conducts and performs MRI examinations, and assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as described or required
In this position you will:
Provide technical expertise and training to technologists in the department
Work with Radiologists on protocol development, implementation and maintenance
Assure QC/QA is performed
Work quickly and efficiently to keep patient flow up to standard.
Write routine reports and correspondence
Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Required qualifications for this position include:
Completion of a Radiologic Technology training program
Washington State Certified Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic License
Radiologic Technologist registry by ARRT – Post primary certification in MRI required within one year of hire
Experience as a radiologic technologist
Experience as an MRI technologist
