Swedish Health Services Clinic Supervisor - Sci Hematology Oncology in Seattle, Washington

Description:

Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Clinic Supervisor (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in the Sci Hematology Oncology at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA.

Provide supervisory, administrative and operational support oversight for clinic functions and special projects on a day to day basis as required.

In this position you will:

  • Supervise functional area and staff, as assigned.

  • Resolve staffing coverage issues on a daily basis.

  • Ensure clinic/practice reports are completed and processed in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that clinic/practice accounts and invoices are accurate; expedite processing of delinquent and/or inaccurate accounts/invoices.

  • Ensure that clinic/practice deposit is processed and recorded on a daily basis.

  • Ensure patient appointments are efficiently scheduled.

  • Effectively respond to all patient feedback and customer service issues, maintain written log and participate in related problem solving.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Coursework/Training Completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training. Or level of knowledge equivalent to that acquired through completion of at least one year of Business College or advanced secretarial, medical terminology, or office management training.

  • 3 years Progressively more responsible work experience in a health care office environment.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Supervisory experience.
