Swedish Medical Group is looking for a Education Program Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in the Clinical Education And Safety epartment at Swedish Medical Group in Seattle, Washington.

The Education Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting, designing, developing, conducting and assessing Education related programming for non-clinical caregivers within Swedish Medical Group.
In this position you will:
Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts.
Works collaboratively within Swedish Medical Group to support education and training opportunities.
Coordinates orientation/education/training courses and programs. Includes developing promotional materials, arranging facilities and classroom set-up, creating/collecting rosters, coordinating speakers.
Maximizes web-based/electronic resources for communication.
Assists in development of policies and procedures for new practice issues, regulatory requirements, equipment and other to support learning activities.
Design methods to collect and analyze data from all program areas, providing outcomes to leadership and proactively seek innovative solutions using technology.
Maintains record keeping and auditing to ensure compliance with System and State requirements.
Provides support for employees seeking education and career advancement opportunities.
Collaborates with and assists the Clinical Education Department.
Partners with operational and system leadership to ensure training needs met.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Two (2) years experience in training, education, organizational development or project management with a health care organization, educational institution or corporation.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Healthcare experience
