Swedish Health Services Equipment Technician in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for an Equipment Technician (0.6 FTE, Day Shift) to work in Respiratory Therapy at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA.
Cleans, assembles, delivers, and checks on a variety of respiratory equipment.
In this position you will:
Processes respiratory care equipment; cleaning and packaging as required. Equipment may need to be packaged and sent to SPD for sterilization.
Maintains adequate stock levels of respiratory care equipment supplies in the supply storage areas.
Makes regular rounds, checking and changing patient’s oxygen and suction equipment.
Delivers appropriate equipment to the nursing units and picks up dirty equipment to be returned to the department.
Unloads supplies that are delivered from the Material Service Center.
Preferred qualification for this position include:
- Previous health care work experience
