Swedish Medical Center Foundation is looking for an Operations Manager (1.0 FTE,Days) in Foundation Management General Admin at Swedish First Hill inSeattle, WA.

The Foundation Operations Managerwill support projects administered by the Director of Operations includingdonor software management, database reporting and analysis (metrics), and new usertraining. Duties will include supporting the financial analyst in giftprocessing, monthly reconciliation and fund related reporting.

In this position you will:

  • Assist the Operations Director with the implementation of a newdonor software system (CRM)

  • Audit and run reports for the office

  • Create distribution lists for events, stewardship and annualgiving efforts

  • Run audits of the donor database

  • Develop and maintain new software user operation manuals

  • New employee on-boarding

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate’s degreeor technical school degree required. Bachelor’s degreepreferred or data analyst certification in lieu of Bachelor degree

  • Minimum of 2 ormore years of development support experience

  • Minimum 4 years ofexperience with the Raiser’s Edge or equivalent database with advancedknowledge of reporting and analytics

  • Excellent communicationskills and attention detail

Preferred qualifications for thisposition include:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 or more years ofproject management experience

  • At least 2 yearsof software training experience

  • Operation andprocedure documentation and administration experience

  • At least oneyear's accounting-related work experience
