Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Manager of Plastics & Aesthetics at the Swedish Cancer Institute (SCI) in Seattle, WA.

The Manager of Plastics & Aesthetics is responsible for managing all assigned clinic and support staff, developing and implementing policies, processes and procedures to improve financial performance, patient/clinic workflow and patient experience, attainment of departmental financial and productivity goals, and administration of assigned budgets.

In this position you will:

  • Provide management for the daily operations of the SCI Plastics and Aesthetics Clinic, along with other assigned functions

  • Work supportively and collaboratively with SCI physician leaders and other direct care providers to develop systems and processes that improve clinical quality while assuring patient safety, and improve provider and clinic efficiency

  • Build relationships with providers and interdisciplinary team for advancement of institutional and network goals

  • In conjunction with the providers and SCI leadership, define and pursue opportunities for the ongoing business development and expansion of the service line

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related Health Sciences Management

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role with demonstrated leadership qualities

  • Knowledge and experience with process improvement and change management models

  • Demonstrated knowledge in use of EPIC electronic medical record tool

  • As a core leader within the SCI, required to have transportation to be available at all Swedish Medical Center locations as needed
