Swedish Health Services Manager, Transplant and Ambulatory Infusion Center in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Manager, Transplant and Ambulatory Infusion Center (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work in Liver Disease Management at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA.
The Manager, Transplant and Ambulatory Infusion Center provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations of the clinic. Ensures strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Leads staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.

Consistently uses personal protective equipment as required and takes appropriate precautions whenever there is potential for contact with blood, body fluids, chemicals and/or other hazardous materials. Maintains knowledge of work-appropriate aspects of environment of care programs, complies with policies and reports unsafe conditions. Successfully completes Environment of Care HealthStream modules in the required time frames and participates in fire drills and emergency exercises.
Completes annual mandatory education review and competency program.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Related Field
5 years Supervisory and/or management experience within a healthcare environment, medical group office, or outpatiient facility.
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Maintains a high degree of professionalism
Excellent collaboration and team building skills
Effective conflict management skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
