Swedish Health Services Patient Experience Analyst - Administration in Seattle, Washington

Description:

Swedish Medical Group is looking for Patient Experience Analyst (1.0 FTE, DAY SHIFT) to work in Administration at Swedish Medical Group in Seattle, WA.

The Patient Experience Data Analyst's role is responsible for acquiring, analyzing and reporting information specific to the patient and visitor experience through various feedback channels with the goal of better understanding and improving the organization's customer experience performance. The position is responsible for understanding and reporting on metrics, monitoring trends and evaluating the patient experience throughout SMG/ACN. Responsibilities include overseeing patient visit survey data, as well as additional information such as external website feedback, customer comments and similar types of information.

In this position you will:

  • Serve as expert for patient experience metrics and data

  • Generate and analyze patient satisfaction data and share trends and key drivers

  • Assist in evaluating performance; monitor success of customer experience initiatives

  • Monitor industry trends and local conditions, including competitor tactics

  • Create executive level data summary reports; present findings to leadership on a regular basis

  • Compile data into periodic summary documents

  • Collaborate with the greater Providence Health Systems and affiliates to align measurement methods, analyze processes, and manage pilot endeavors

  • Work closely with vendor account managers and representatives to optimize feedback methods and patient experience improvement activities, and meet government mandated reporting initiatives.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer, statistics, health and social field, or customer service or equivalent educ/experience

  • Three (3) years work experience in data analysis

  • Hands-on experience with basic statistical techniques: profiling, correlation analysis, trend analysis, sizing/estimation, and basic segmentation

  • Experience in data extraction through SQL or PL/SQL

Preferred qualification for this position include:

  • Experience with cloud services and databases

  • Experience creating customized dashboards and using CRM systems, such as Dynamics, Salesforce

  • Experience with surveys and survey methodology

  • Strong data technology and software systems experience

  • Healthcare experience, or experience working in a complex organizational setting
