Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Pharmacist Lead(1.0 FTE, Variable) to work in Inpatient Pharmacy at Swedish Cherry Hill inSeattle, WA.
This position works closely with the Pharmacy Director or
Manager to set the operational and clinical goals for the department. The
Lead Pharmacist is responsible for directing the day to day operations of the
pharmacists and technicians to assure that the department is operating
efficiently and that established policies for clinical programs and/or
distributive functions are being adhered to by the staff.

In this position you will:
Directs workload and assignstasks to the pharmacist and technical staff to assure that the departmentoperates efficiently
Assure that establishedpolicies for clinical programs and distributive functions are beingadhered to by the staff
Participates in qualityimprovement and clinical initiatives as directed by Pharmacy Management
Functionsas a Staff Pharmacist as needed to meet operational requirements
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an accreditedschool of pharmacy
Current license to practice asa registered pharmacist in the State of Washington
Minimum two years’ experienceworking as a Pharmacist in an acute or ambulatory care setting
