Swedish Health Services RN Residency Program Coordinator - Clinical Education in Seattle, Washington
Description:
Swedish Health Services is looking for a RN Residency Program Coordinator (1.0 FTE, Day Shift) to work for the Clinical Education Department at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, WA.
Working under the direction of the Manager of Learning Operations and Delivery and the RN Residency Program Manager, the RN Residency Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, implementation, operationalization and evaluation of the regional RN Residency and Fellowship programs
In this position you will:
Collaborates with the RN Residency Program leaders to develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate the RN Residency and Fellowship program.
Functions as a liaison between disciplines and departments ensuring a smooth coordination of entry into units, communicating and collaborating with many different members of the inter-professional care team.
Ensures all marketing and communication efforts are accurate, complete, distributed appropriately and meet program and organizational standards.
Responsible for coordinating classes, specialized courses, simulations, group sessions, and other activities that constitute the program curriculum.
Responsible for building and deploying online, interactive program education including online learning modules, simulation preparation and electronic learning assessments.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Education or management
Three (3) years job related experience in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources, Education, Training, or Project Management.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Experience that includes management of complex healthcare education programs or projects in a large, multi-facility organization.
