Swedish Medical Center Stock Associate - Retail Administration in Seattle, Washington


Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Stock Associate (Per Diem, Day Shifts) to work in the Retail Administration Department at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, WA.

The Stock Associate oversees administration and operations of inventory for the Shops at Swedish.

In this position you will:

  • Monitors, receives, stores and maintains inventory

  • Work with vendors to resolve merchandise issues

  • Oversee inventory management and systems

  • Compile and input daily sales report, track shop sales and run monthly reports


Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of recent stock experience in a warehouse or retail environment

  • Working knowledge of supply receiving, storing and rotation principles

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays

  • Competency in Microsoft Word

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Associates Degree

  • Experience with Yellow Dog inventory software
