Swedish Health Services Workflow Specialist in Seattle, Washington
Swedish Medical Center is looking for a Workflow Specialist (0.0 FTE, Days) to work in Clinical Value Performance Imp at Swedish Shared Services in Seattle, WA.
The workflow specialist serves as a subject matter expert in designing solutions and uses a collaborative discovery and analysis process with stakeholders across Swedish, including IS, operations, providers and various leadership groups. This role is responsible for planning and communicating timelines/barriers related to workflow development and will present to leadership and conduct initial training for users of new workflows/processes
In this position you will:
Works with clinical and operational leaders to drive improvements.
Cross collaboration with I.S. and other shared services.
Project planning and project execution.
Electronic Health Record (Epic) knowledge.
Strong working relationships with Physician and Nurse leaders.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, public health or related field
3 years project management, clinical support, EHR optimization, organizational development staff training or other related fields
Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access programs
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Epic related work experience
Clinical certificate or license (e.g., medical assistant, LPN/RN, or similar)
